In 1997 an old barn located at the foot of the hill where the farm is located, along highway No. 416 in the proximity of Sant’Andrea di Sorbello, was renovated in order to become a small shop where organic products are sold.

This shop was the first one to join the CTPB (Tuscan Coordination of Organic Producers).

• Home made bread and pastries made from various cereals
• Pasta made from wheat and spelt
• Beans, chick peas, lentils, millet
• Wheat from cereals and corn
• Jams and fruits
• Vegetables and fruits
• Goat and sheep cheeses
• Whine, grappa, apple juice
• Everything is not rigorously organically certified. Thank you.
